Sometimes a cake may arrive damaged. If that happens just call us at 1-877-563-MrsP (6777) or email us at cakelady@MrsPsCakes.com within 24-hours of receiving your order and we will be happy to replace it. We do not refund regret purchases nor are we able to refund shipping cost. We are not responsible for non-delivery of products if the intended recipient is unavailable to receive the package or incomplete address information was provided at the time the order was placed.
